Because every Mensch Tee is printed to order, we handle things a little differently to a normal shop:
- Arrived faulty, damaged, or misprinted? That is on us — send a photo to admin@bemoremensch.com within 30 days and we will sort a free replacement. No need to post anything back. This covers both shirts in a two-tee order.
- Change of mind? Because it is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
- Wrong size? We cannot do free swaps on a made-to-order item, but get in touch — we are human, and we will always try to help. (Tip: check the size guide before you order.)
